Momentum is swelling for the youth-led Global Climate Strikes this September which are now only 2 months away. September 20 and 27 are already looking set to be the biggest climate mobilisations yet!
Already, more than 6,000 people in 150 countries have offered to organize a Climate Strike. But we can go even bigger. It’s time for everyone to take the next steps:

This September, millions of us will walk out of our homes and workplaces to join young people in the streets on #ClimateStrike to demand an end to the age of fossil fuels and urgent action to avoid climate breakdown.
The climate crisis is an emergency. We have to act like it and show politicians how many people worldwide are unwilling to sit on the sidelines anymore.
On the website you’ll find guidance and lots of resources to help you organise your community, your workplace, your friends to join the global climate strikes and make this a turning point in history.
Young people kickstarted this movement by striking on #FridaysforFuture. But they need everyone to follow their lead and start organising with them for September.
Register to host your own event.
Here are just a few voices of people around the world organising towards September. Their voices remind me that together we can end the age of fossil fuels and ensure a rapid energy transition with equity and justice at its heart. I hope they inspire you, too.
It’s going to take all of us working together to succeed. Please start (or keep on!) organising for the #ClimateStrike in any way you can.
Don’t forget to check out these beautiful flyers, stickers and online resources available to help you start promoting the Global Climate Strike where you live.
