center;\"><strong>\u81f4\u570b\u6cf0\u91d1\u63a7\u516c\u958b\u4fe1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u570b\u6cf0\u91d1\u63a7\u65bc7\u6708\u5e95\u767c\u5e03\u51762019\u5e74\u4efd\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb(CSR)\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5206\u4eab\u5c0d\u65bc\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19(SDGs)\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u91dd\u5c0dSDGs 13 \u6c23\u5019\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u4f5c\u51fa\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5ba3\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u570b\u6cf0\u4e16\u83ef\u9280\u884c\u505c\u6b62\u65b0\u627f\u4f5c\u4efb\u4f55\u71c3\u7164\u767c\u96fb\u878d\u8cc7\uff0c\u570b\u6cf0\u4eba\u58fd\u5c07\u672a\u7a4d\u6975\u8f49\u578b\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4e4b\u71c3\u7164\u767c\u96fb\u696d\u8005\u5217\u5165\u4e0d\u53ef\u6295\u8cc7\u540d\u55ae\u3002\u300d\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5ba3\u5e03\u8b93\u570b\u6cf0\u52a0\u5165\u570b\u969b\u6c23\u5019\u64a4\u8cc7\u884c\u5217\uff0c\u4e0d\u518d\u8cc7\u52a9\u71c3\u7164\u767c\u96fb\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u570b\u969b\u80fd\u6e90\u8f49\u578b\u6d6a\u6f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u8eab\u70ba\u7c3d\u7f72\u8d64\u9053\u539f\u5247\u7684\u4e00\u54e1\uff0c\u570b\u6cf0\u4e5f\u6ce8\u91cd\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u793e\u6703\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u6cbb\u7406\u6295\u8cc7\u6982\u5ff5(ESG)\u65bc\u9280\u884c\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u8207\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5728\u300c2019\u5e7410\u6708\u8d77\u5168\u9762\u505c\u6b62\u65b0\u627f\u4f5c\u4efb\u4f55\u71c3\u7164\u767c\u96fb\u878d\u8cc7\u6388\u4fe1\u6848\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u5be6\u8cea\u7684\u8cab\u5fb9ESG\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u5411\u5404\u5ba2\u6236\u5c55\u73fe\u5176\u91cd\u8996\u6c23\u5019\u8b70\u984c\u8207\u5be6\u8e10\u793e\u6703\u4f01\u696d\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u534a\u5e74\u591a\u4f86\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\u885d\u64ca\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u570b\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u50b3\u7d71\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7cfb\u7684\u8106\u5f31\u3002\u800c\u4eba\u5011\u8996\u70ba\u7406\u6240\u7576\u7136\u7684\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7522\u696d\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u5275\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u6cb9\u50f9\u8dcc\u5230\u8ca0\u76e4\u6216\u662f\u7164\u7926\u7522\u80fd\u53d7\u963b\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u5728\u5728\u986f\u793a\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u5728\u9019\u500b\u5371\u6a5f\u7684\u6642\u6a5f\u9ede\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u500b\u8f49\u6a5f\u9ede\u3002\u5404\u91d1\u878d\u55ae\u4f4d\u61c9\u6b63\u8996\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7522\u696d\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u85c9\u6a5f\u8f49\u5411\u8f03\u6709\u97cc\u6027\u8207\u5f48\u6027\u7684\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>350\u53f0\u7063\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u518d\u6b21\u770b\u5230\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u55ae\u4f4d\u52a0\u5165\u570b\u969b\u6c23\u5019\u884c\u52d5\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u7528\u4f4e\u78b3\u91d1\u6d41\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f86\u9762\u5c0d\u6c23\u5019\u554f\u984c\u3002\u73fe\u4eca\u5168\u7403\u5df2\u6709\u8d85\u904e14\u5146\u7f8e\u5143\u4e0d\u518d\u8cc7\u52a9\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u6b64\u6c23\u5019\u884c\u52d5\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e5f\u7a81\u78341200\u5bb6\u3002\u4f46\u9664\u4e86\u65b0\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u5c4f\u9664\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\u570b\u6cf0\u80fd\u5920\u5c0d\u65bc\u73fe\u6709\u7684\u71c3\u7164\u6848\u5834\u63d0\u51fa\u627f\u8afe\uff0c\u5728\u7d04\u671f\u5230\u6642\u4e0d\u518d\u7e8c\u7d04\uff0c\u8cab\u5fb9ESG\u7406\u5ff5\u8207\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u5b8c\u5168\u7684\u907f\u958b\u5168\u7403\u71c3\u7164\u96fb\u5ee0\u7684\u59ff\u614b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u65bc\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u547c\u7c72\u66f4\u591a\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u55ae\u4f4d\u7ad9\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u79c1\u4eba\u9280\u884c\u6216\u5b98\u65b9\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u5ba3\u793a\u4e0d\u518d\u627f\u4f5c\u4efb\u4f55\u71c3\u7164\u767c\u96fb\u878d\u8cc7\u6848\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u8b93\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\u8a8d\u77e5\u53f0\u7063\u9762\u5c0d\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u7684\u6c7a\u5fc3\uff0c\u7528\u91d1\u878d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f86\u6295\u8cc7\u672a\u4f86\u3001\u64a4\u8cc7\u6c59\u67d3\uff01<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>350\u53f0\u7063\u5718\u968a<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a CSR\u5831\u544a<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>====================================================<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Open Letter to Cathay Financial\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cathay Financial shared its 2019 CSR report in late July as it includes the institution\u2019s efforts towards the SDGs. Especially for SDGs 13 Climate Action. The organization has the following statement: \u201cCathay Financial will stop any new investment in coal-firing plants. Cathay Life Insurance will exclude coal power developer that does not actively transition to renewable on the investment list.\u201d This announcement brings Cathay Financial to the global divestment framework that no longer funds coal and supports a transition to renewables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As a signatory of the Equator Principles, Cathay also focuses on the ESG principles as they: \u201cstop investing any new coal power plants since October 2019.\u201d This act truly practices the ESG concepts and show their customers that they are serious about climate topics and corporate social responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The pandemic has impacted the world over the past half a year, and it showcases the fragile nature of our current economic model. What was once seen as a norm like fossil fuels are heavily impacted. The influence includes negative oil prices, coal production delays, and more. They all display the risk of the fossil fuel industry. During this crisis also rest the opportunity for transition. All financial institutions should treat the risk of fossil fuel industries seriously and shift towards the more resilient and flexible renewable energy sector.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>350 Taiwan is very glad to see that once again another Taiwanese financial institution joins global climate action trends to use financial flow to face climate challenges. As of now, there are more than 14 trillion USD not funding fossil fuels, and the participant organizations reach over 1200. However, aside from not investing in new coal power projects, we would also like to see Cathay commit to leaving current projects when their terms are due. This will fully execute the ESG and social responsibility to avoid global coal power projects.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We hereby also encourage other financial institutions in Taiwan to step up, both private banks or public funds, to no longer fund any coal power projects. Let the world recognized Taiwan\u2019s commitment to face climate change.
