In solidarity with New York Attorney General Letitia James, New Yorkers to rally at Exxon fraud trial

New York, NY — Communities will rally before the People of New York v. ExxonMobil trial on October 22 kicks-off, support of Attorney General Letitia James. This signals an escalation in the fight to hold fossil fuel executives liable for their role in the climate crisis, just one month since Global Climate Strikes and one week before the seventh anniversary of Superstorm Sandy.

WHAT: Rally outside People of NY v Exxon trial to #MakeThemPay

WHEN: Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 12:00pm ET ahead of the 2:15pm trial opening

WHERE: Foley Square, outside Supreme Court, NY County, 60 Centre Street. Livestream of the trial will be available here.

WHO: New Yorkers of all walks of life. Speakers include:
