We are looking forward to meeting you all in July in Belgium.
To confirm your place and help us finalise the events logistics and develop the programme please fill in the form below by 26 June. Your answers will help ensure that everything goes smoothly and that we make the most of our time together in Brussels.
The gathering will be in Brussels from 8-10 July. Arrivals will be welcome from 10am on July 8, and a programme of skills-building and training will take place from 10am until 5pm when the formal weekend programme will open. Therefore we encourage people to arrive early and we will try to arrange accommodation for people who need a place to sleep Thursday 7 July. The programme will end by 3pm on Sunday 10 July.
In the coming weeks we will send you a few other details about the venue and will keep you updated about the programme. In the meantime we ask that you confirm your participation below and book your travel as soon as possible.
We are committed to doing our best in creating a diverse and inclusive space, so if you have anything you would like to ask us, please contact emma@350.org and andreea@350.org.
Deadline for filling this form – 26th June 2016. If you do not respond by then we will assume you are unable to attend and will be offering the place to someone on the waiting list.
