Today, students around the country are organizing campus events and demonstrations as part of the #MarchForth day of action.
Last weekend, students from over 70 campuses gathered at Swarthmore College for the Power Up! convergence, and the fossil fuel divestment movement really started to feel what it’s like to be a movement that moves.
The student leaders who gathered in Philadelphia for Power Up! were inspired to call on their fellow divestment campaigners for a united show of force: join together on one day to plan (and film) events that tie the movement together and propel it forward.
